Cancellation Policy

Arrival
Our therapist will arrive at your hotel lobby at the scheduled time. Please ensure your room number is provided upon confirmation.
Health Conditions
Please inform us of any injuries, allergies, or medical conditions before your session. We reserve the right to refuse service if there are health concerns.
Payment
Cash and major credit cards accepted. Payment is due at the time of service. Prices include consumption tax.
